The Brush Guard ~ Review

We all know how good makeup brushes can change the whole look of your makeup, but its really important to clean them regularly so they can live long!

Im here today to bring Brush Guard in the spotlight :)

I have the Variety Pack having 1 extra small. 2 small, 2 medium, 1 large

Theres no science in using these, you just deep clean your brushes as you normally do, and then like shown above..squeeze out the water and shape the bristles so they're not flying everywhere..Slip on the brush guard from the brush handle and put it in a glass and let it dry :)

They look flat over here, but the brush guards actually stretch to fit you brush nicely..The Brush Guards are designed like little nets, there are tiny holes which let the brushes breathe!

Sigma Beauty has launched their Dry'n'Shape System recently, which is actually a similar phenomenon..but i personally think the brush guard has a little positive points over that..the brush guards are inexpensive, they don't take alot of space..and have tiny holes to let the brushes breathe!

Yes, my babies just took a shower and are ready to slide into the brush guards :)

I fit all my 12 brushes in two Brush Guard Variety packs

You can either leave them to dry on your towel, or put them upside down in a glass

(the above picture is just to show you how you put your brushes to dry..i don't dry them in this brush holder)
Now for some before and after shots of my big brushes..

You can see they are nicely shaped now, and look good as new!
The Drying time of the brush guard is not way too much, i checked my brushes after 8 or 9 hours and they all were dry..even the big ones :)
I actually prefer overnight drying!

Overall, your makeup brushes NEED to be taken care of so they can last a long long time..after all you invest alot in good quality makeup brushes, you don't want to ruin them!
But cleaning is not the only thing, they need to be in their original shape too..These babies help the brushes dry in their perfect shape so they look brand new, within 8-10 hours..they are inexpensive and hassle free to work with :)
